Free Delivery for all orders
Thestripdrain provide free shipping within Australia. If there is no special request, all goods are packed in cartons. The specific packaging quantity varies according to different orders. The weight of a single room does not exceed 25 kg.
Production and packaging time
Generally, express delivery will be arranged within one business day after receiving the order
Tacking Orders
Customers can get the name of the shipping company and the tracking number through the Order in Dashboard

Thestripdrain aims to exceed your delivery expectations – but of course we have to work with and rely on our National Carrier Partners to collect and deliver our customers’ orders carefully and efficiently. Whilst we cannot control carrier performance or accurately predict shipment delivery dates and times, we do have strong partnerships with our carriers who are selected on overall service, economics and efficiency.

Timely inspection and feedback
After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are damaged during transportation. If there is any damage, please inform us by email and SMS. We will provide replacement and other treatment in time. If there is no feedback within 24 hours after receiving the goods, it means that the goods are not damaged. The purchaser is responsible for any damage caused afterwards.
